This amendment will ceate a new activity, Land Bank for NSP funds only.

WELCOME...The Lake County Planning Commission website, while continually being updated, is intended to provide useful information to citizens, zoning officials, developers and elected officials in a user friendly manner.   
 
The site contains a vast array of information on topics ranging from subdivision of land to demographic analysis and local zoning.  In time, this site will serve as a clearing house for all things Lake County.  We will continue to provide links to useful and timely information.  The site also includes downloadable forms and reports that were traditionally only available in hard copy format at our Painesville office. 
 
We hope you enjoy the site and find it useful to your needs.  As with the planning discipline, this website is a fluid process and will continually be revised and amended.  We welcome your comments and suggestions.
