Sheriff Daniel Dunlap has an additional 93 Corrections Officers certified
in the field of Corrections through the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy.
Annually officer receive over 25 hours of in-service training in a variety of
fields. Training in the Lake County Adult Detention Facilities is
multi-faceted. Through the training programming we seek to:

essential to satisfactorily perform the employee’s job assignments
